Lloyd started public service as a volunteer fireman in Texas back in 1994. After attending the Arkansas Fire Academy Lloyd moved to Kansas in September 2006 to work for the Department of Defense as a Civilian Firefighter on an Engine Company. As a fireman he provided fire protection and care to the community and trained to be better in his profession. Obtaining additional certifications to move up in his career to the position of Captain. Lloyd is certified as a Firefighter I & II, National Registry EMT, Haz mat Technician, Fire Instructor I and more.

During his career as a fireman Lloyd decided to open an electronics company January 01, 2014 called Crossroads Electronics and Security, LLC. While talking he said “what a ride”. I’ve been blessed to do the things I’ve enjoyed doing in life. Starting a security company opened so many more doors to helping people in so many ways.

In November of 2021 CES had grown to levels that required his attention to work at CES fulltime with his team. Two days on at the FD, two days on at CES, two days on at the FD and two days on at CES just wasn’t cutting it anymore for this small Kansas company. Family was also a, huge factor of moving over to one career.

I’m often asked, is CES part of another major security company? No. CES was only a dream for many years. January 01, 2014 was our start with a hope to install two security systems a month. Now we service residential, small business, banking, healthcare, agricultural, pharmacies, both city and government facilities and so much more.
